Cobb County Hosts the Fall Classic

There is a chill in the air, and Braves Country is buzzing with excitement. For the first time since October 24th, 1999, Atlanta is hosting a World Series. There is something special about autumn in Georgia, and it feels like the Fall Classic is finally home. America’s pass time spans three seasons, and many fans in this city among the trees would agree that fall is the best of them all. So here we go… for the first time in history the World Series will take place on Cobb county soil. A tied series and a world class facility lend themselves to one of the greatest events of the year. Locals and travelers alike are pouring into The Battery and newly named Truist Park to show their support for the Braves. Put on your hoody or your costume and grab a Braves cap. It’s time to play ball in Georgia!
